So here's the inconvenient truth about selling your soul to the Devil: the TL;DR answer is you can't.

The History

You can not sell, offer, or freely give away what doesn't belong to you. Even if we leave the Bible out of the picture, one can simply view how a human enters this world and leaves upon death. We arrive empty-handed, and that's precisely how we're going to make our exit.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 states, "Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it." KJV
