You seek validation through my marital drama, sipping every drop of tea about my wife’s abhorrent treatment towards me.

As a result, you’re reading in anticipation, searching for subtle cues of adultery.

Unfortunately, this ain’t Ashley Madison ya’ miscreant.

But still, hear me out. Lend me your ear, my dear, for I have fallen off a cliff.

Comfort is the culprit that has pushed me over the edge right into the safety net of complacency.

Over the years, I have amassed, on average, 7.5 lbs from 2012 until now (In 2012, I was a svelte 175 lbs at 5’10. Now I’m a whopper thick 250 lbs).

My wife doesn’t desire me because I don’t desire myself. Since 2017, I’ve lived in a perpetual state of discontentment.

My lack of secure self-esteem has naturally progressed to a belief that she couldn’t possibly desire either.

I’ve learned to live with the ever-growing weight increase, but the “learning to live” part is unacceptable.
