I love this article! Let’s be honest: people have conflated working remote in TECHNOLOGY as a possibility in other industries.

Employees fail to understand that companies HAVE to do what’s in the best interest of the company. Employees are just as fickle as companies are. When a new opportunity arises, employees will jump ship.

And rightfully so.

I don’t know why we have to play these games because if any of these employees were to start a business themselves, the priority will be on THEIR business. Not the employees.
