Is the Devil truly on your shoulder whispering sweet temptations in your ear?

God.

All seeing.

All-knowing.

All powerful.

To the believer and non-believer, everyone is born with a measure of faith to be aware of God’s nature as this all-encompassing entity, even if we can’t comprehend or explain it.

It’s innate.

Alas, we apply this same spiritual logic when discussing the Devil. Take a look at this image:

What comes to mind upon initial examination?

For many, including this writer, it’s to suggest that Lucifer and Christ are arch-rivals on equal playing fields.

Many live as if Lucifer is similar to God or, comically, God’s equitable villain.

Lack of understanding of the Lord through the Bible leads to “why God?!” frustrations when the worst of life happens to us.
