I'm in the same boat as you, being on Medium since 2019, but YouTube has been my primary focus over the years. Writing is starting to replace that. Do you write on your phone inbetween "the cracks of life" as author Michael La Ronn puts it? Give that a try. It helps to keep my consistent. My Notes app has over 1,000 drafts of essays and ideas.

I've even wrote my book The YouTube Writer on it. I was anti-phone for a loooooonggg time with that a silly mentality of "real writers don't write on their phone. What are you? A teenager?"

Pish posh. Though my weapon of choice is the desktop, I use whatever you can to get the thoughts out. Cheers!
