I really feel that this is a fresh perspective on the “Alpha Male” legend. Depending on which social groups (MGTOW, SJW’s, etc.) you ask, the definition will play only be beneficial to the expressed narrative by that group.
If we simplify rather than glorify what an alpha male should be, the definition doesn’t have to be negative in any way. I see an alpha male as a guy who is confident in his abilities, assertive, not aggressive when working with people, empathizes and sees how to bring all perspectives in play for the bigger picture, and wants to take care of others.
Not a popular definition, but I think one to be championed. And it supports your argument about “win-win.”
