I don’t know where this Lone Ranger mentality came from when it comes to working. Heck even Batman needed Nightwing several times despite his brooding to say, “I work alone.”

I believe the internet has a lot of people, especially self-proclaimed introverts, feel empowered that they can do all this on their own.

I’m currently stuck in a “solopreneur” position because I don’t have the funds to expand at the moment. But I’m working towards eventually having a street team.

The owners response is not devoid of substance. Why? Because he didn’t agree with your philosophy on working in a silo? He didn’t pick up on your brilliance as a programmer?

I wish I had someone to bounce ideas off of in my earlier days of coding. I could have shrunk a lot of time and energy having such an invaluable resource.
