After I posted my comment, of course clarity would hit that the difference between YouTube and a traditional employer is that YouTube is free. So you’re right in that regard.
However, I still stand by my argument that defending how YouTube punishes creators is unacceptable. Too many people willingly hand over their livelihood for a sweet chance of being labeled an entrepreneur. Even if it means enduring mistreatment (we canceled your Adsense because of Mother Teresa images in your videos).
